Eda and James came in on Thanksgiving Day and did a thorough work!!! They are so professional, resourceful, and knowledgeable. They educated me on this air system. I don’t own this house and this belongs to my partner’s mom. The last time they cleaned air duct and dryer duct was 10+ years ago. There was fungus all over. No wonder my child developed asthma!!! MJ and Quan came by on a cold Saturday. They were kind and professional, communicative and helpful. The environment was tough as we have a small house, our furnace is on the upper floor, and we have a 2 year old and 8 month old. They were great with the kids who enjoyed watching them go to work. Despite the adverse circumstances they had a great attitude and appear to have got the job done. They also went above and beyond to try to clean up behind them and did their best to keep things clean as they went. We had a really good experience with MJ and Quan

Sean and Andy were at my home in Mundelein today and I couldn’t be happier with their great work, professionalism, knowledge, and customer service. They were attentive to the animals in the home and helped me move items as needed to get the job done extremely thoroughly. I will definitely recommend Sai to friends and family and will request this crew the next time I need my dryer line cleared or my whole home ventilation cleaned again. Thanks, fellas!

My service techs Eda and Shawn were awesome, they took their time cleaning the air ducts and dryer vent. Went above and beyond educating hubby and I on why it is very important to maintain air ducts/dryer vent's clean. I have no complaints at all. I was referred to them (Sai) by my oldest son who has used them twice then I recommended my youngest son who scheduled his service and was also very content. I will be calling them Sai) for future service’s.
